FlowBridge Automation LLC (“FlowBridge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides missed-call recovery and SMS communication support for participating businesses, including small plumbing and home-service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices available to individuals who communicate through FlowBridge-supported phone or messaging flows.
FlowBridge is a communication support service. FlowBridge does not provide emergency services, plumbing services, dispatch services, scheduling services, receptionist services, or customer service on behalf of participating businesses.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information when you call, text, respond to, or otherwise communicate with a participating business through a FlowBridge-supported call or messaging flow. This information may include:
- Phone number
- Call status and call metadata, such as missed, unanswered, busy, failed, canceled, or completed call events
- Message content
- Date and time of calls, texts, and related communication
- Message delivery status and basic messaging metadata
- Service-request information you choose to provide by text, such as the plumbing issue you need help with
- Business contact information for participating businesses
- Technical and operational data needed to run, secure, and improve the service
You should avoid sending highly sensitive, financial, medical, or other confidential information by text unless specifically requested by the participating business and you are comfortable doing so. SMS messaging may not be fully secure.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to operate and support FlowBridge services, including to:
- Forward calls from a FlowBridge-enabled pilot number to a participating business
- Identify when a call was missed, unanswered, busy, failed, or canceled
- Send service-related SMS messages in response to missed calls or inquiries
- Ask callers what plumbing or service issue they need help with
- Relay caller responses and phone numbers to the participating business
- Support communication between individuals and participating businesses
- Maintain records of call and message activity for operational, support, and compliance purposes
- Monitor service functionality, reliability, security, and abuse prevention
- Respond to support requests, legal requests, or compliance obligations
- Improve our communication workflows and business operations
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
- Participating businesses involved in the communication
- Messaging, telecommunications, and phone number providers needed to place, forward, receive, or send calls and SMS messages
- Hosting, database, infrastructure, security, and operational service providers
- Professional advisors, if needed for legal, accounting, compliance, or business purposes
- Government, regulatory, or legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security
- Successors or assigns in connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets
4. Participating Businesses
When you communicate with a participating business, that business may receive, access, store, use, or respond to information you provide through the FlowBridge-supported flow. The participating business is responsible for its own privacy practices, customer relationships, staff responses, services, appointments, pricing, and business operations.
FlowBridge is not responsible for how a participating business handles information after it receives or accesses that information, except where required by applicable law or contractual obligation.
5. SMS Consent and Opt-Out
By calling or texting a FlowBridge-enabled pilot number, initiating communication with a participating business, submitting your phone number, or otherwise requesting communication by call or text, you consent to receive service-related text messages related to your call, inquiry, request, or business interaction.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive further SMS messages through that message flow unless you initiate a new conversation or provide renewed consent where permitted.
Supported opt-out keywords may include STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. For help, reply HELP or contact us at gianni@flowbridge-automation.com.
6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. FlowBridge is not responsible for charges billed by your wireless carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, support participating businesses, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the communication, legal requirements, operational needs, and the relationship with the participating business.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
SMS messaging is not guaranteed to be private or secure. You should not use SMS for emergencies or for highly sensitive information unless you understand and accept the risks.
9. No Emergency Use
FlowBridge-supported messaging is intended for general communication and missed-call recovery only. FlowBridge does not provide emergency response, urgent dispatch, live call answering, plumbing services, repair advice, or safety instructions.
If you are experiencing an emergency, call emergency services immediately. Do not rely on FlowBridge-supported text messaging for urgent or emergency needs.
10. Cookies and Website Data
Our website may collect basic technical information, such as browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, and general usage data. This information may be used to operate, secure, and improve the website.
If we use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools in the future, those tools may collect additional information according to their own policies. We do not currently use this Privacy Policy to claim that any specific analytics provider is active unless it has been implemented on the website.
11. Children’s Privacy
FlowBridge services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Your Choices and Requests

We may need to verify your identity or request additional information before processing certain requests.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website or messages may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites or services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of FlowBridge-supported services after changes are posted means the updated Privacy Policy applies.
