Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of missed-call recovery, text messaging, and related communication services provided by FlowBridge Automation LLC (“FlowBridge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By interacting with a business that uses FlowBridge-supported call or text messaging flows, you agree to these Terms.

FlowBridge provides missed-call recovery and SMS communication support. FlowBridge does not provide emergency services, plumbing services, repair advice, live call answering, dispatch, scheduling, CRM software, lead generation, or receptionist services.

1. Service Description

FlowBridge supports communication between participating businesses and individuals who call, text, respond to, or otherwise communicate through a FlowBridge-supported phone number or messaging flow. Our services may help participating businesses forward calls, identify missed calls, send service-related text messages after missed calls or inquiries, and relay caller responses back to the participating business.

FlowBridge is a communication support service. We do not operate as a plumbing company, contractor, emergency service, dispatcher, receptionist service, call answering service, customer relationship management platform, scheduling platform, or lead generation agency.

2. Participating Businesses

FlowBridge provides communication support on behalf of participating businesses, including small plumbing and home-service businesses. The participating business remains solely responsible for its services, estimates, pricing, appointments, availability, repairs, staff responses, customer relationships, and business operations.

FlowBridge does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, legality, suitability, timing, or outcome of any service offered by a participating business.

3. Types of Messages

Messages sent through FlowBridge-supported communication flows may include, but are not limited to:

  • Service-related responses after a missed, unanswered, busy, failed, or canceled call
  • Questions asking what plumbing or service issue the caller needs help with
  • Follow-up messages related to a call, inquiry, or service request
  • General business communication from the participating business
  • Requests for additional information needed by the participating business
  • Opt-out, help, or compliance-related SMS messages

FlowBridge does not guarantee that every call will be forwarded, every message will be delivered, every response will be received, or every communication will be reviewed or responded to within a specific timeframe.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the participating business, the nature of your call or inquiry, and whether additional follow-up is needed. You may receive multiple text messages related to a single call, inquiry, or conversation.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. FlowBridge is not responsible for any charges billed by your wireless carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By calling or texting a FlowBridge-enabled pilot number, initiating communication with a participating business, submitting your phone number, or otherwise requesting communication by call or text, you consent to receive service-related text messages related to your call, inquiry, request, or business interaction.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

7. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive further SMS messages through that message flow unless you initiate a new conversation or provide renewed consent where permitted.

Supported opt-out keywords may include STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

9. No Plumbing, Repair, Dispatch, or Emergency Service

Messages sent through FlowBridge-supported systems are for communication and missed-call recovery purposes only. FlowBridge does not provide plumbing advice, repair advice, diagnostics, safety instructions, dispatch, live call answering, scheduling, emergency assistance, or contractor services.

Any service, repair, estimate, appointment, pricing, availability, safety, or job-related decision must be handled directly by the participating business and its qualified staff.

10. No Emergency Use

FlowBridge-supported messaging is not intended for emergencies or urgent safety issues. If you are experiencing an emergency, call emergency services immediately.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse FlowBridge-supported messaging services. You may not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, misleading, or harmful messages.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide by call or text is accurate and that you have permission to use the phone number from which you are communicating.

12. Third-Party Providers

FlowBridge may rely on third-party service providers, including messaging, hosting, database, telecommunications, phone number, and infrastructure providers, to operate its services. Call forwarding and message delivery may depend on mobile carriers, phone settings, third-party systems, and other conditions outside FlowBridge’s control.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowBridge provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, call forwarding, message delivery, response times, recovered calls, lead conversion, appointment booking, revenue results, or business outcomes.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowBridge Automation LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, missed appointments, missed calls, delayed messages, undelivered messages, failed call forwarding, or failed communications.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using or interacting with FlowBridge-supported services, you acknowledge that information may be collected, used, and shared as described in that policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued interaction with FlowBridge-supported messaging after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
