Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of SMS communications supported by FlowBridge Automation LLC (“FlowBridge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By initiating contact with a participating business through SMS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

FlowBridge supports SMS communication between local service businesses and their customers. Customers may text a participating business regarding service requests, scheduling, estimates, updates, or related matters.

2. Types of Messages

Messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Responses to inbound customer inquiries
  • Appointment coordination
  • Service updates
  • Follow-up messages related to a service request

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the customer’s interaction with the participating business and the nature of the service request.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. FlowBridge is not responsible for any charges billed by your wireless carrier.

5. User Consent

By initiating SMS contact with a participating business, you consent to receive messages related to your service request. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

6. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages through that message flow unless you initiate a new conversation or otherwise provide renewed consent where permitted.

8. Participating Businesses

FlowBridge provides communication support on behalf of participating service businesses. FlowBridge does not guarantee the quality, availability, or performance of any service business using the system. Service fulfillment remains the responsibility of the participating business.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

FlowBridge provides SMS communication support on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free message delivery, as delivery may depend on mobile carriers, third-party providers, and recipient device conditions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
